Get skinny day 1

waking up early to work out= Failed!
for the life of me i couldn't get up! I swear it had nothing to do with getting up to go to the gym the house could of burned down and i would still be asleep.
Dieting... Not so bad
Banana, Coffee, luna bar, rice and grilled veggies,  Chicken and hummus  oh ya and a chocolate cover strawberry! Obviously i could of gone with a few less calories and worked out in the morning but for the first day not so bad.
