So of course summer is already around the corner which means beach time which means i need to stop eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf! summer came out of nowhere how am i suppose to go to the beach looking like this?!? Here it is time to get busy! goal= look like a vs model!
I sadly got my wisdom teeth yanked out this passed week so that =no gym time but also = less eating!
so this week we have
Monday=nothing/recovery
Tuesday= Gym Trainer
Goals for the rest of the week
Wednesday= GO RUNNING BURN FAT
Thursday=Training
Friday=Pilates
Saturday=Hopefully role out of bed and go hiking
Sunday= Lay in bed and watch movies....
I cant try to diet this week because my wisdom teeth are still sore and anything i can chew ill take but im going to try and keep it healthy!

Get Skinny day 2
Wake up early and work out= Successes well after walking around the house and debating it for 20 minutes but i still got there! Im trying to work my self up to a crazy cardio workout so i started with this.
My trainer gave me another cardio work out that i of course forgot at home but i will be trying that one out on thursday and be sure to share with you if i get to it that is.
Diet
Luna bar, vanilla latte, leftovers from dinner so chicken and avocado a yogurt and and apple as a snack. I then came home so excited to make shrimp that i had bought the night before to find out that my sister some how missed it when un packing the groceries and it ended up in the trash so i was very disappointed and had another avocado and a string cheese.

Get skinny day 1
waking up early to work out= Failed!
for the life of me i couldn't get up! I swear it had nothing to do with getting up to go to the gym the house could of burned down and i would still be asleep.
Dieting... Not so bad
Banana, Coffee, luna bar, rice and grilled veggies, Chicken and hummus oh ya and a chocolate cover strawberry! Obviously i could of gone with a few less calories and worked out in the morning but for the first day not so bad.

Im the girl who attempts to start a new diet/workout plan every sunday but fails halfway through the week. So my new plan is if i talk about it maybe i wont fail at it! I have an obsession with wanting ot be extra skinny or stalking people who are extra skinny! so i will be posting all about food, workouts and of course skinny people!
